With more than 20 years of experience in civil aircraft training simulation, working for airline or independant training centers, as a third party or on behalf of simulator manufacturers, Arnaud is very experienced. He first worked\n as a software engineer to solve issues on devices then on simulator updates acting as Engineer, Expert and Project Leader, working in close relationship with the customers. Then he took over more complex projects implying more hardware,\n strenghtening his expertise and becoming solution architect.<\/p>\n

In the last years, he was acting as support engineer and support manager for simulator manufacturers. Then he decided to found a company to directly adress technical issues of any training devices operator.<\/p>\n

He’s determined to find technical solutions simple or complex to match the customer need.\n

Jean-Luc has 17 years of experience in aircraft engineering simulation and training simulation. He worked as System and Networks Architect on simulators, mainly on Airbus devices. There, he reached a high skill level in needs analysis,\n specification, design, V&V strategy, integration, verification, configuration management and requirement engineering.\n
\n <\/p>\n

Lately, he has been supporting simulator manufacturer customers, on behalf of TRU Simulation + Training then CAE. He was keen to develop good relationship with the customers, working on snags resolution and updates as Software Engineer\n and Integration Specialist.<\/p>\n

After this experience, he decided to join Arnaud to found Sim in TRUST company, to work closer to training device operator needs.\n

We are acting to reduce the environmental footprint of our activity and also yours. Our strategy for this is based on the following engagements:\n
– We only deliver what is required by our customers needs. No additional function, part or trip will be delivered just for our solution to look more valued as this is more expensive for our customers and increase our\n environmental footprint;\n
– In the same manner, we only replace parts that needs to be replaced and we help customers to find what is out of stock, to repair what is not supported and to extend by all means the device lifetime, avoiding the manufacturing\n of new devices and the disposal of old ones;\n
– For every of our solutions, our approach limits the trips to the minimum, basing on test benches, remote tools or local agents.
